“As my time in Thailand came to an end, I chose the Royal Galaxy Dinner Cruise for a memorable farewell. I had enjoyed other cruises pre-COVID but learned about some new options, so I decided to try this one—and I was not disappointed. Despite seeing some negative reviews, I believe opinions can be subjective, so I wanted to experience it for myself. The food selection was excellent, and the table setting was beautiful. The staff were attentive and helpful, despite some language barriers. The highlight was the stunning riverside view at night, which created a magical atmosphere. Overall, the Royal Galaxy Dinner Cruise is fantastic. Highly recommended!”

“There was no communication with the provider of this activity. I attempted several times over two days. One of the numbers is not in service. The other is a Thai speaker. When I had the hotel speak with him about my situation he said that he was not knowledgeable about the tour and hung up. We went to the office that our hotel directed us to and there was no one there. I tried to reach you with no success. It’s very frustrating when trying to contact you and getting pop up ads for other tours and having to do a deep dive to find a telephone number. As a…”

“Royal Princess River Cruise, was beautiful. The queuing system didn't make sense needed a little more organisation. And choosing where to sit wasn't an option when we booked. Different decs offered different atmosphere which we wish we were made away off. Staff super friendly definitely worth a visit.”

“Super organised! Make sure you check in at pier 1 before heading to the boarding pier. Food was lovely, although difficult to eat anything besides rice or lasagne with a nut allergy. Evetetsinment started really peacefully, jazz music and live band but towards the end of a trip turned into more of a rave with dancing and flashing light. Would suggest not being seated at the front if not your thing. It was very loud.”

“The dinner cruise was AMAZING! I was so surprised how great the food was. Honestly, it was the best food I tasted while here in Bangkok! The ambience was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone was super nice and even though there were many people to get on the boat, it was the most organized event! We sat on the upper deck outside and we had amazing views and the band was the best out of all the levels. We had a blast! Everyone was dancing, the band was so much fun, and they could SING! I had an amazing time and would love to do it again.”

“Badly organised. Bad communication. The address for the meet up point was not correct. It was so crowded even though we arrived an hour earlier. It was stressful. Staff was over stressed and not helpful. By the time we reached the counter it was already closed. We got a message about the meet up point only after the counter was closed . We had to request 6 staff members for help before one finally helped us to get on board. Value for money was almost not worth it. Food was very average . Only drink available was beer. Glass of wine costed €15- All in all experience was not in…”
