“Great cooking class in Chiang Mai. Started off with a visit to a market and then headed to the farm. We made spring roll then a choice of entree, main curry and soup. I made the cashew nut chicken, Khao soi and coconut with chicken soup. Natalie was a great host with clear instructions and giving us a chance to cook. Only feedback would be that we could have done a dessert for the last course instead of soup, we were on the half day. The flavours are authentic and it’s a delicious meal you get to enjoy!”
