“Pésimo servicio, he sentido que he perdido tiempo y 1 día de mis vacaciones. Nuestros guías eran 2 chicos, el más joven era muy amable pero el otro no, además de que ha faltado el respeto a 1 compañera gritándole porque supuestamente íbamos a Maya Bay lo cual para ingresar ahí nos cobraron 400bths por persona pero no tiene sentido porque Maya Bay ahora mismo está cerrado y no se puede ingresar ni a Maya Bay ni al Parque Nacional por lo tanto querían quedarse con los 400bths y fue lo que pasó. No nos devolvieron nada a ninguna de las 12 personas que íbamos a esa excursión.”

“The person who picked us up at the meeting point arrived about 10 minutes late at the pier, even though I had sent a photo in advance to help identify us. There was no clear communication or way to recognize each other, which caused confusion. The boat driver spoke very little English and didn’t offer to take photos. No fruit or water were provided, even though both were mentioned in the tour description, and the trip ended almost an hour earlier than expected. Overall, it felt disorganized and not worth the €120 we paid.”

“Horrible, de ocho horas estuvimos cinco en el barco, el cual no estaba preparado para las distancias que recorrimos. Fuimos a puntos donde solo había lanchas rápidas (la nuestra era la típica barca tailandesa), ese día además había oleaje y hubo momentos en los que pasamos pánico (casi la mitad de la gente que íbamos estaba mareada).”
